PURPOSE...
Purpose by definition is about finding a niche, a Naic-C, a go to pitfall trampoline. Well, My Purpose is to define physical fitness with the benefits that there are. It is significant, purposeful, planned, structured, repetitive, deliberate and most of all, APPLICABLE to highly active clients and athletes.
The professional structure that I as an ISSA certified PERSONAL Trainer can produce and provide in a stable environment the control and finetuning of the cellular energy to improve efficiency within the size, shape, structure, and other scientific details that involves basic definition.
Yoga and Meditation is just the start. It provides balance to soften the tension built by stress that's created by negative reactions to traumatic or dramatic life events. To create a holistic cure (medicine as needed), we need to participate in a human memory survival technique with Reiki "THE HOLY SPIRIT" and "LIGHT" better known as prana to promote physical recovery.
Why do you need a Signature Coach like me? Why am I important and as we are having this kitchen table talk about how to become a highly organized individual as a strategy to overcome stressful behavior responses and affects?

If any, some or all apply, you can join me in EFT training of personal experience for discipline on personal chastisement, so that we can increase our cortisol to impact our language positively, brain processing speed and executive functioning, fine-tune our mental skills with the bible as well as a reference tool and other romance novels of integrity.
Our objective is to focus on our breathing, meditate peacefully with or without kids, manage our schedule accordingly, schedule meetings and events, become emotionally motivated, organize our success stories, work on relevant life experiences, and create a love network for internal focus.
In the meantime: Do yoga with your breath to prep and maintain relaxation through your nose and lungs. Remember, count 4 in- 7 hold- 8 out. It's a breathing method. Breath in, inhale, hold and breathe out.
